It Comes in its Original Solid Wood Frame & is a Watercolor on Woven Paper that captures Beautiful Sail Ships & Boat Harbor with a Figurative Illustration with a Figure Fishing on the Pier that was done in Meticulous Details during the Time Period. He was the Art Director for a major New York City publishing house and taught art in the New York City School system with many of his works having been exhibited in Galleries & Museums & are held in Corporate & Private Collections. This Painting comes from a Private Estate which makes it Very Rare Due to its Size, Age & Beauty.
