ORIGINAL Antique Hudson River Painting “Cascade” Signed By Artist by Bernard Hall
This is an ORIGINAL Mixed Media Gouache Watercolor Painting that was signed by Bernard Hall (1859-1935) who is listed in Several Art Indexes. Its an Original Painting that was Signed and Dated from the 1800s. The back its titled “Cascade – Mt. Banff” which is referenced in the photos. Its in the O Gilded Carved Frame under glass with nice trim work throughout the edges. It is hand signed at the lower right corner and dated which is somewhat illegible but the late 1800s. It depicts a Beautiful Mountain Lake Landscape near a beautiful bedrock and depicts and River or Lake along a small rocky Shore with Floral Foliage accented throughout the painting and Beautiful Tree Lines as shown in the photos. The Beauty of Art is all in the Eye of the Beholder. The painting has beautiful Color Tones that gives it great depth and dimension to the details as shown in the photos. Please keep in mind this is an Old piece that is Original and may have some minor wear and imperfections consistent with its age. The frame is Beautifully Done and nicely gilded with floral carved trim work accented throughout and is also old and has some minor wear and imperfections consistent with its age but overall is in great shape.
