Its an Original Oil on Canvas Painting that is of Museum Size & Quality. It Measures Almost 4 Feet High & 3 Feet Wide with its Original Gallery Label From NYC. The Painting is Titled “Campanile Di Gaeta” and Depicts a Beautiful Cityscape with Nice Architectural Designs with Beautiful Forms, Line & Texture. His Works are Exhibited in Museums throughout the World and also held in Corporate & Private Collections. This Piece has Beautiful Color Tones that are Very Well Blended which Gives it Great Depth and Dimension to the Details as shown in the Photos. It has some Craquelure and Naturally Aged Patina throughout. Please keep in mind this is All Original and has some minor wear and imperfections consistent with its age. This is Very Rare & Original Oil Painting that was Signed & Titled By John Lentine (1930-1968) who is an Internationally Known Artist Listed in Many Art Indexes throughout the World. Its an Original Oil on Canvas Painting that is of Museum Size & Quality. It Measures Almost 4 Feet High & 3 Feet Wide. It has its Original Provenance on the Verso with the Gallery Label From Feingarten Galleries on Madison Avenue in New York City including the Title of the Painting “Campanile Di Gaeta”. (The Label is Worn as Shown in the Photos)  This is one of Lentine’s Largest Works that has ever been brought to Market & Very Rare. The Painting Depicts a Beautiful Cityscape with Nice Architectural Designs with Beautiful Forms, Line & Texture that was done in Meticulous Details. Its Signed By the Artist in the Lower Right Corner which is also shown in the photos. The Frame is Original to the Painting and has Linen Lined Borders that have wear from Natural Age. His Works are Exhibited in Museums and also held in Corporate & Private Collections. This Piece has Beautiful Color Tones that are Very Well Blended which Gives it Great Depth and Dimension to the Details as shown in the Photos. It has some Craquelure and Naturally Aged Patina throughout with several repair patches on the back Canvas that is also shown in the photos. It may need to be professionally cleaned and touched up at your discretion. These imperfections is what gives this Painting its character. The Beauty of Art is All in The Eye of The Beholder. John Lentine is a listed American painter who was born in 1930. He was a Visual Artist and is listed in the books “Who Was Who In American Art” and “Artists In California”. He studied at The Pratt Institute Of Art and Exhibited in Ogunquit, Maine, The Ravinia Art Festival, the New York State Fair, and in San Francisco and Los Angeles, California. Some of his work are in the Rochester Memorial Art Gallery, The Montclair, as well as The New Jersey Museum and Others. He was commissioned to produce Eleven Paintings for United California Bank. He was predominantly inspired by the 1950’s during the Post War Period, the lens of Modernism was focused Internationally on developments in New York City. The Second World War had brought many Important Artists together that Led to a significant pooling of Talent and Innovative Ideas which set the Grounds for the Explosive Cultural Growth in Decades thereafter. John Lentine was one of those Artists. He passed away in Los Angeles, California in 1968.

Overall framed measures Approx. 42 Inches High and approx. 36 inches Wide. This was BEAUTIFULLY MADE of the Highest Quality and Craftmanship and something that will continue to be handed down through Generations.
