This is an ORIGINAL Watercolor Painting signed by Joseph Newman at the lower corner which is shown in the photos. This comes in its Original Frame with its Matting that was Titled “Stormy Weather”. The painting depicts a Beautiful Seascape Seaside Harbor with a Rock Bay and a Figure Standing on the Onset while Ocean Waters Breaking along the Rocks with a Beautiful Coastal Shoreline and Landscape in the Surroundings which was nicely done from the time period. The Beauty of Art is all in the Eye of the Beholder. The painting has beautiful Color Tones that gives it Great Depth and Dimension to the details as shown in the photos. Please keep in mind this is an Old piece that is ORIGINAL and may have some minor wear and imperfections consistent with its age. The frame is also old and Original as well has some minor wear and imperfections that is consistent with its age. The matting itself is old and bridle and will need to be redone and reset at your discretion but overall in great condition.
Overall Framed it measures approx. 27 1/2 inches wide and approx. 23 1/4 inches high.
