This is an ORIGINAL Silkscreen (Serigraph) that was hand signed and numbered by Lowell Blair Nesbitt (1933-1993) who is very well known and listed in Several Art Indexes. This piece is an Original Artist Proof hand numbered at the lower left 23/30 and signed at the lower right by Lowell Nesbitt and dated Circa 1978. This piece measures over 2 Feet Wide and approx 3 Feet Tall. It has BEAUTIFUL Colors with nice Shape and Design of this particular Floral with nicely rounded curvature. Silkscreen and similar prints is one of the oldest forms as was relied based by the artists knowledge and their preferences of color. According to Wikipedia One color is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multicoloured image or design Traditionally the process was called Screen printing or Silkscreen printing because silk was used in the process. It is also known as Serigraphy, and Serigraph printing. It has beautiful Color tones that give this piece Great Depth and Dimension to the Details as shown in the photos. The Beauty of the Art is All in the Eye of the Beholder.
