This is an Original Bronze Enamel Oil Painting signed by the Artist and depicts a Beautiful Floral Still Life Painting. It Comes in a Nice Gilt Carved Frame with Linen Lined Borders and Original Gallery Label on the verso from California. Migishi Setsuko was a prominent Japanese Yoga Painter. She was known as a Pioneer of Japanese Western Style of Oil Painting. In 1946 she founded the Women’s Artist Association and was known to have contributed to raise the status of Female Artists. There is The Ichinomiya City Memorial Art Museum & Cultural Center of Setsuko Migishi named after her and she has had many accomplishments as an artist throughout her career according to Wikipedia. The painting itself looks like it can be decorated vertical or horizontal and is very non objective as the artist was well known for the Beautiful Colors and Floral Works.
