This is a Rare & Antique Original 18th Century Venetian Old Master Engraving that was signed by Nathaniel Parr (act. 1742-1751) who is a Well known European Artist who is listed in many Art Indices throughout the World. This piece comes in its Original Birdseye Wood Frame under Glass. It is an Original Hand Color Engraving depicting a Beautiful Venetian Scene & Figurative Illustration that was done in Meticulous Details from the Time Period. The Bottom is Titled “A View of the Grand Canal from the Church of the Carmalites & St. Simon to the Fullers Mill” which was done after the original Painting by Giovanni Antonio Canal. The print itself has some spotting and foxing due to natural age as shown in the photos. We have several Old Master engravings by the Nathaniel Parr that came from the same estate in our eBay store. This came from a Private Collection which makes it very Rare due to its Size, Age & Beauty. Please keep in mind this is All Original and may have some minor wear and imperfections consistent with its age. Overall its in Great Condition and All shown in the photos.
