This is a Rare & Antique Original Old Master Engraving that was signed by Nathaniel Parr (act. 1742-1751) who is a Well known European Artist who is listed in many Art Indices throughout the World. This piece comes in its Original Birdseye Wood Frame under Glass. It is an Original Color Engraving depicting a Beautiful Venetian Scene & Figurative Illustration that was done in Meticulous Details from the Time Period. The Bottom is Titled “The East Prospect of the Rialto Bridge” “It is built of White Marble, the Arch is 95 Feet Long & 24 Feet High” done after the original Painting by Giovanni Antonio Canal. The print was made during the 18th Century between 1742-1751 and has some spotting and foxing due to natural age as shown in the photos. This came from a Private Collection which makes it very Rare due to its Size, Age & Beauty. Please keep in mind this is All Original and may have some minor wear and imperfections consistent with its age. Overall its in Great Condition and All shown in the photos.
Framed Measurements: Approx 16 1/8 Inches Wide (40.95 cm) & Approx 14 1/16 Inches High (35.71 cm).
