This is a Very Rare & Original Vintage Antique Ancient Egyptian Textile Tomb Quilt Wall Tapestry. This Piece is Museum Size & Quality in Frame that Measures Almost 6 Feet Long & Almost 3 Feet High that Depicts a Beautiful Ancient Egyptian Scene. This was Beautifully Done in Meticulous Details & Depicts The Divine Vessel as The Barge of Ra. It Has Figures at the Center & Anubis at Each End with The Eyes of Horus in a Beautiful Boat. This was the Primary means of The Gods Traveling Into the Afterlife with Dragon Heads & Ibis Bird Oars which Symbolized Protection Over their Journey. This Piece has Beautiful Color Tones that were Nicely Stitched & Gives it Great Depth & Dimension to the Details. The bordered edges are in a color that is attributed to Piet Mondrian who is a well known artist. This comes from a Private Collection which makes it Very Rare due to its Size, Age & Beauty. Please keep in mind this is All Original and has some minor wear and imperfections consistent with its age. Overall its in Great Condition and All shown in the photos.
