This is a Rare & Original Mixed Media Gouache Painting Signed & Dated by David Hockney (b.1937) who is an Internationally Known Artist & Listed in Many Indices throughout the World. This Painting comes in Gilt Carved Frame Under Glass and is Dated Circa 1977. Its an Original Mixed Media Gouache Painting on Woven Paper that depicts a Harlequin or seated Jester with Different Facial Expressions in a Mixed Media of Gouache, Watercolor & Traces of Inks that was a preamble part of his Harlequin Festival & “Parade” Collections which was done in Meticulous Details from the Time Period. In 1981 his Paintings & Drawings for “Parade” were Exhibited at the Metropolitan Opera House in New York also at the Dramatists Guild & Young Playwrights Festival in 1982. His Works Have Been Exhibited throughout the World & are Held in Corporate & Private Collections. This comes from a Private Collection which makes it very Rare due to its Size, Age & Beauty. The Glass has a Tint to Help keep the Colors of the Painting preserved from the Natural Elements. Please keep in mind this is All Original and may have some minor wear and imperfections consistent with its age. Overall its in Great Condition and All shown in the photos.

Framed Measurements: Approx. 21.5 Inches Wide (54.61 cm) & Approx. 26 Inches High (60.04 cm).
