This is an ORIGINAL Silkscreen Serigraph that was hand signed and numbered by Jon Carsman (1944-1987) who is Very well known and Listed in Many Art Indexes. This piece is an Original Artist Proof hand signed and numbered at the lower left AP as an Artist Proof. Its Numbered 5 in Roman Numeral “V” and titled “Frenzy” as shown in the pictures. Jon Carsman is an Accomplished Artist and his works have been Exhibited in over 20 Museums from All over the World from The Museum of Modern Art (MoMA), Whitney Museum, Guggenheim, Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art Etc. Its Hand Titled “Frenzy” and it depicts Beautiful Architectural Details of a Home with Nicely Rounded Columns in a Surrounded Landscape with Beautiful Flowers and Floral Foliage accented in the surrounding of the piece. It has BEAUTIFUL Colors as shown in the photos and is framed under glass. Silkscreen and similar prints is one of the oldest forms as was relied based by the artists knowledge and their preferences of color. According to Wikipedia One color is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multicolored image or design Traditionally the process was called Screen printing or Silkscreen printing because silk was used in the process. It is also known as Serigraphy, and Serigraph printing. The Serigraph on the paper is a bit wavy from the thick paint and the matting has slight staining so it will need to be rematted and reset.
